An unannounced inspection was conducted on March 28, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 7, 2025 relating to allegations of supervision and medication. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record on-site. This inspection included document review , a tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
