Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on November 9, 2021 and concluded on November 15, 2021. There were thirty-three children present, ranging in ages from infants to four years, with eight staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and three staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
