Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on July 23, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were fifty-one children present and twelve staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
