An unannounced inspection was initiated on September 15, 2025 and completed on September 23, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 12, 2025 relating to allegations of administrations and programs. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
