Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection (SHSI) on October 30, 2023 from approximately 11:00am until 12:20pm. There were 23 children in attendance with five staff supervising. A total of five children and five staff records were reviewed. A code compliance inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with the current subsidy agreement. Violations were not issued.
