An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on October 30, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:45am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present with six staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
