Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on February 3, 2025, in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on January 29. The on-site inspection began at 12:15 pm. and ended at 12:45 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued
