Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on November 1 2022. There were 7 children present, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed interacting with caregiver and playing with toys. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation areas of the family day home were not maintained in a safe condition.
Evidence
Peeling and chipped paint was observed accessible to children on the lower side wall of the play area.
Plan of Correction: We have plans to fix those areas and make sure the children do not go near that area until it is completed.
