Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:45am and 12:00pm. There were 7 children present, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of emergency procedures, the emergency plan was not at least reviewed annually and updated as needed. The provider did not document in writing each review of the emergency plan.

Plan of Correction: I will review and update the emergency plan and make any updates in necessary. I will sign and date the plan.

Based on observation, bottles located in the refrigerator were not labeled with the child's full name and the date.
Evidence
Two bottles located in the refrigerator were labeled with the current date, but not with the child's full name.
