Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on conducted on November 18, 2021. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 9:00am until 11:00am. There were seven children present with two staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
