Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on May 31, 2022. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 10:00am until 11:50am. The provider assisted the licensing inspector during the inspection. There were six children present and three caregivers. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of six children's records, three caregivers? records and two household members? records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on documentation review and interview, the caregiver did not ensure the emergency plan was documented as being reviewed and updated at least annually.

Evidence:
The licensing inspector reviewed the emergency plan. The plan was documented as last being reviewed on 03/06/2021. The caregiver stated the plan has been reviewed but the review was not documented.
Plan of Correction: I have reviewed the plan. We have a staff meeting on 6/4/2022 and I will review the emergency plan and document the review with all caregivers.
