Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was initiated on May 31, 2022 and concluded on June 6, 2022. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of background checks. The licensing inspector was onsite May 31, 2022 from approximately 10:00am to 11:50am. Observation of the family day home were made, documentation was reviewed and interviews were conducted. Additional documentation was received on June 6, 2022.

The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
