Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted Monday, December 5, 2022. The inspection was initiated at approximately 10:30am and concluded at approximately 12:15pm. There were six children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to five years, with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records, five caregivers? records and one household member?s record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
