Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on February 29, 2024 with the provider and one assistant. There were 9 children present, totaling 19 points, ranging in age from1 year to 5 years. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 9 child records and 5 caregiver records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
