Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable).

An announced initial inspection was initiated on July 16, 2021 and concluded on July 16, 2021. All spaces to be used by the children, including the playground, were inspected. No records were reviewed for children at the inspection today. Emergency procedures and emergency supplies along with all required postings were reviewed during the inspection. Any areas of the standards related to direct service that were not determined during the initial inspection will be determined at the first unannounced inspection following issuance of the license. All future inspections will be unannounced.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
