Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/20/2024. There were 6 children, ages 2 years- 4 years, totaling 12 points and 1 caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed having breakfast, in free choice play, participating in learning activities, and watching educational videos. The inspector discussed staff records and the upcoming renewal application with the provider. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:45 am and departed at 9:55 am.

A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
