An initial subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector on 8/30/2021.

Preliminary data was obtained from the vendor on 8/25/2021. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of items required to complete the inspection.

There were no children nor staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 staff records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
