An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/27/2024 and completed on 08/27/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 07/08/2024 relating to allegations of non-compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and special services.
The inspector reviewed 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included:
*Document review ( posted menu, infant logs, attendance documentation)
*Interviews with staff
*Observations and tour of the facility
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
