During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/17/2024 and completed on 10/18/2024, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 and ended at 1:00. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 139 children present and 20 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 4 staff records electronically on 10/18/2024.

This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 11/4/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The staff-to-children ratios are required whenever children are in care for children 3 year s old up to school age eligible 1:10.
There were 15 four year old children on the playground with one staff.

There shall be at least Thirty inches of space between service sides of occupied cribs and other furniture where that space is the walkway for staff to gain access to any occupied crib.
Multiple occupied cribs did not have 30 inches of space on the service side of those cribs.
