The license and any other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. The inspection posted in the center was dated 10/17/25. However, the most recent inspection was conducted on 6/5/2025.

Standard 8VAC20-780-260-B
After the first license, annual approval from the health department shall be provided, or approvals of a plan of correction, for meeting requirements for food service. The health department inspection available for review was dated 2/22/2024 and therefore past due for annual update.
Plan of Correction: The health department was called and the inspection completed within 24 hours of the licensing inspection.
Standard 8VAC20-780-280-B
Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. In a bathroom on the first floor there was a spray can of disinfectant stored on an open shelf, an unlocked place.
Plan of Correction: Corrected during the inspection. The evening cleaning crew left the chemical in the bathroom. Management staff sent an email to the crew reminding them that all chemicals must be locked up and not left out in bathrooms.
Standard 8VAC20-780-440-J
Centers are required to have at least thirty inches of space between service sides of occupied cribs and other furniture where that space is the walkway for staff to gain access to any occupied crib. Two occupied cribs had approximately 16 ? 18 inches between them.
Plan of Correction: The violation was corrected immediately. Additionally, a visual marker was placed on the walls as a tool for staff to ensure proper spacing each time an infant is placed in a crib.
Standard 8VAC20-780-500-B
The diapering surface shall be used only for diapering or cleaning children. In the two-year-old room gloves and wipes used to clean and sanitize the lunch tables were stored on top of the designated diaper changing surface.
Plan of Correction: Corrected during the inspection. Staff were reminded that nothing should be stored on diaper changing surface. Additionally, colored tape was added to counter top as a visible boundary as to the extent of diapering surface area
Standard 8VAC20-780-570-E
Prepared infant formula shall be refrigerated, dated and labeled with the child's name. 2 out of 16 infant bottles were not labeled with a name and date.
