Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today November 28, 2022. There were 4 children present (10 points) with 1 caregiver. The children were observed watching video's and playing with floor toys. The home, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, first aid kit, bathrooms, cots, menu's, evacuation logs, attendance logs and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed. In the baby room, there was a missing outlet cover on the wall with the chest of drawers.

The sink in the bathroom is not in working order. The bathroom did not have paper towels.

4. Child #3's record does not contain documentation of the names of persons other than the custodial parents who are authorized to pick up the child.
