During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the program was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 2/28/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:10:42am and ended at 11:52am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present, 2 caregivers and 1 household member. the point total was 22. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 1 caregiver record while on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the home and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 3/7/25. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
Violations
3The diaper pad was not cleaned with soap and water today. It was sanitized with bleach and water.
3 infant bottles were observed without proper labeling. 3 of 3 bottles did not have the date on the labeling. [Note: There was no date on the pitcher of milk for one child, and 1 bag of breast milk in the refrigerator for another child. The contents of these will be poured into the bottles.]
