During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/13/26. The on-site inspection began at 11:20am and ended at 12:42pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 28. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 9 caregiver/household member's records while on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interviews.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.

There was no evacuation drill practiced in February 2026.
Plan of Correction: Did an extra emergency evacuation drill in March (3/10/26 and 3/12/26 to make up for the missing February one. Will make sure to not miss them in the future.
