Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 12:00pm-2pm. There were 3 enrolled children and 1 resident child (8 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 caregiver record, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, and evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and preparing for naptime. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
