An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:30am- 11:15am. There were 3 children directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 caregiver record, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
