Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on February 1, 2024 with the provider. There were 7 day care children and one resident child present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 5 years, totaling 16 points. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One child record and 1 caregiver record were reviewed. The children were engaged in rhythm making, story time, and freeze dance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
