8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/18/2022 to review health and safety requirements. This inspection took place between the hours of approximately 10:45 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. There was 1 caregiver with 3 children for a total of 8 points within supervision guidelines. Children creating a craft and napping. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were 0 medications on site at this time. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
