Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/05/2023, between the hours of approximately 12:55 p.m. and 1:40 p.m. There were 3 children (including one of the provider's children) in attendance at the time of the inspection for a total of 5 points. Children were observed eating lunch that they brought from home. Required background searches, training certificates and household member information was reviewed. A sample of requirements for daily attendance, child information/records, emergency preparedness planning and supplies were also reviewed. No violations were cited during this inspection.
