This inspection was conducted by licensing staff to include documents review, interviews and an observation of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on February 6, 2023 and concluded on February 6, 2023. There were 2 children present with 2 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on observation and staff interview the vendor did maintain, in a way that is accessible to all caregivers, a current written list of all children?s allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions.

Evidence: Staff #1 confirmed they did not have a written list of children?s names listing their allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. There were two children enrolled, (child #1 and #4) with food sensitives or dietary restrictions.
Plan of Correction: A list was posted 2/6/23
