Violations
3Evidence:
Caregiver A was the only caregiver present during the inspection. The caregiver was not able to understand when asked questions such as how many children were present, can I see your attendance, can I see children's files, do you have medication on site for any of the children. Caregiver A called the provider, who was not at home and the provider had to interpret the Licensing Inspector's questions for Caregiver A.
Evidence:
There have been no practiced escape drills for April, May, June, July, August, September or October 2022.
Evidence:
Child A, 10 months of age was in a carrier seat, drinking from a bottle that had been propped with several blankets.
