A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 2/2/23. The provider was present with 7 children, ages ranging from7 months to 4 years. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety
regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standard were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The areas of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.
