An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 8/28/2024 in conjunction with a renewal inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
