Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/08/2025 and completed on 04/08/2025. The on-site inspection began at 2:08 pm and ended at 3:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.There were 80 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.

This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-320-B
Each restroom area provided for children shall: have sinks located near the toilets and that are supplied with running warm water that does not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

The sink located in the girls restroom supplied warm running water that exceeded 120 degrees Fahrenheit. It was measured 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
Plan of Correction: Our building has a someone that does the maintenance, I will send an email to him and get him to correct it.
