Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:15am and 9:55am. There were 3 children present with the Provider for a total of 12 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed taking a nap in their crib and being held. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the family day home, children and caregiver records, household member records, evacuation drills, emergency materials, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were no violations found during today's inspection.
