Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An initial inspection was conducted. This is an after-school program, and no children were in care as school is out for the summer. The director has prepared the site with all the required supplies and postings for the site. This includes emergency and first aid supplies, as well as supplies activities. This site is the fifth site to be licensed for after-school care in the elementary schools in Pulaski County. The director as submitted all the required paperwork for the initial application. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
