Inspector Notes

An unannounced mandated inspection was conducted from 2:45 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
There were nine children in care with two staff supervising. Children were observed transitioning to the program, playing with games and or other activities in the cafeteria.
Five children's records were reviewed and two staff records were reviewed at the main office on 04/25/2022.

The inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
