Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A initial inspection was initiated on 6/11/2021 and concluded on 6/14/2021. This is a new child day center operated by a provider that is currently licensed at anther facility. There are no children in care at this center. The center has all the supplies necessary for school age child care. Several of the standards cold not be determined due to the center not being fully operational at the time of the inspection. Thank you and call your inspector with any questions at 276-608-2283.
