Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was initiated on August 5, 2021 and concluded on August 6, 2021. The facility and all areas for child care were toured virtually. Some items reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, parent pick-up procedures, emergency maps and procedures, first -aid kit, emergency supplies, four staff records were reviewed, and the emergency plan. A recommendation will be made for an initial six-month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 20 children and an age range of three years through six years of age. There were no violations noted during the inspection.
