Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a hybrid protocol, including reviewing some records remotely and an on-site inspection.

A renewal inspection was completed on February 17, 2022. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5 years, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 3 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed and updated.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
