Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection . This on-site visit was conducted on September 20, 2022 from 10:45 a.m. through 1:45 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 26 students ages 2 through 5, in the care of 4 staff. Three children and five staff records were reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at this time.

Areas observed were: educational centers, snack, hand washing/bathroom procedures, story time, transition, outside play and lunch. The center is well equipped with a variety of age/stage materials for the children in care. No violations were found during this inspection.
