Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
An initial inspection was initiated and concluded on August 20, 2021. The Center Supervisor was contacted by telephone a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present with 1 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 staff record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
