Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 6, 2023. There were 11 children present with 3 staff supervising. The physical plant, staff records, children's records, the first aid kits, evacuation logs, attendance logs menu's and medications and authorizations were reviewed. The children were observed playing games and preparing for field day. There were no violations issued on this date.
