Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 11:15am and 12:30pm. There were 26 children present with 3 staff supervising. The physical plant, staff records, children's records, evacuation logs, attendance logs, menu were reviewed. Center staff stated that there are currently no medications kept on-site. At the start of the inspection, the children were observed playing outside on the playground and basketball court. Children were observed transitioning inside of the school, washing hands and eating lunch. There were no violations issued on this date.
