Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.

A monitoring inspection was conducted during the Conditional licensure period. The provider was contacted by telephone. There was one daycare child plus her onw child for 6 points which is within ratios for supervision. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One child's record was reviewed. The provider does not administer any medication. At this time, children bring the food from home. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
