Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted. Two children were in care ( 1 daycare child/1 of the provider's children) for four points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed a child sleeping in the crib and lunch time. Provider participates in multiple programs such as CLASS observations, Wee Play Sessions, USDA and an on-line curriculum. Exceeds the minimum training hours (37.5), has current FA/CPR certifications and does not administer medication. Observed physical space, 2 records for children in care, household member and provider's health records, emergency preparation and supplies. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
