Violations

2
Standard 8VAC20-800-180-A
Based on review of two household files, the provider failed to have each adult household member obtain a current tuberculosis screening or test every two years from the date of the last screening. Evidence: Household member 1 had a tuberculosis test 6/07/2021; the provider could not locate documentation of a current test or screening.
Plan of Correction: Household member will get an updated TB test or screening if the documentation can not be located.
Standard 8VAC20-800-730-D
Based on observation, the provider did not ensure medications were be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: There were two children's medications located in an upper cabinet that was not locked.
Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection - provider locked the cabinet that contained medications.
