Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 8/16/2021 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspection was initiated at 10:00am and concluded at 11:15am. There was 1 resident child (2 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 2 household member?s records, the physical plant, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Required documents were posted and the provider's record was reviewed. The child was observed playing freely, drawing and interacting with the provider. The home was found to be clean and organized, and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The backyard offers outdoor play space for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
