Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/10/2022 from 11:00am-12:00pm. There were 6 children (17 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, policies, cribs and the outdoor area were inspected. There were no medications on site. Children were observed playing freely, listening to music and singing. The home was found to be clean and organized, and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The backyard offers outdoor play space for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
