Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:20am. There were 11 children (28 points) directly supervised by 3 caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, medication and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely inside and outside, napping and having a diaper change. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized.
