An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/30/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:10am and ended at 11:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 28. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver records on-site on 8/30/2024. This inspection included document review of Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, authorization forms, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
